Brown facilitated a series of stakeholder workshops and participated in the preparation of a long-term planning framework used to evaluate statewide water management alternatives as part of the CALFED Bay-Delta program’s long-term water management strategy. The project resulted in the publication of a document titled, “Evaluating and Comparing Water Management Action,” which presented a comprehensive framework designed to support the decision-making process and help arrive at a broadly supportable water management strategy.
