After serving as the integrated resources planning facilitator during the 1996 Integrated Resources Plan for Southern California, prepared by the Metropolitan Water District, Paul Brown has gone on to lead numerous planning efforts across the country.

Program Management

Brown has served as program manager, deputy program manager, and program management advisor on large scale facilities development projects and programs at the local, regional, and state level throughout California.
